The hockey world will converge on Las Vegas next week for the annual NHL Awards ceremony as the National Hockey League reveals the winners of regular-season awards like the Hart, Norris, Vezina and Calder trophies, among others.
This year’s event, held Wednesday, June 24, inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena, will be a bit short in star power as compared to previous years. And it’s a good thing the Blackhawks won the biggest trophy of them all because Jonathan Toews is the only member of the Stanley Cup champs who is a finalist for any award.

Other notable names who generally frequent the ballots aren’t up for a single award. Among them are Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin of the Penguins, Lightning captain Steven Stamkos and the Predators’ Shea Weber.
What time will the NHL Awards show air on TV?
The ceremony begins at 7 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on NBC Sports Network in the U.S. and Sportsnet in Canada.
